The Media, Art and Photography DTS is a chance for you to discover your next step in how God wants to use your gifts and passion for His purposes.
God the Creator wants to use the creativity and artistic skill He’s placed in us for His glory. The MAPDTS is for people who want to press into relationship with God while learning to utilise their love of media and the arts to bring His Kingdom on this earth as it is in heaven.
Get started with three months of focused learning and growth in our international missions community. Our live/learn approach means encountering God doesn’t happen just in the classroom, but in the streets and in serving practically, in small group discussions, in worship and more. We’ll look at topics like hearing God’s voice, the character of God, missions and taking the gospel public. We’ll also include workshops designed specifically to let you explore how to use your creative gifts to glorify God and share His love with others.
On outreach we’ll head to different countries, ready to communicate the love of God in words, action, and creativity. We integrate creative expression into the core elements of outreach: discipleship, evangelism and mercy ministries. We look for all kinds of opportunities to use our gifts to reach and serve others.
We’ll wrap up with a week in Perth, celebrating what God has done and looking ahead to what He has next. Whether it’s across the street or across the globe, we come alive as we find our place in His purposes!

While in Togo, we met people who were ready to receive God daily. One day, we met a woman who practiced witchcraft. Her husband had recently left her and she was in desperate need of support and freedom. As we approached the house, the woman said she had already been thinking about receiving Jesus. Amazed at how God had gone before us, I shared my personal testimony of seeing God as a provider and having a relationship with Him. We then led her through a process of accepting Jesus as her Lord and Saviour.
