Overview
God is looking for those who are willing to live out Jesus’ example of leadership, with Godly character and a posture of serving. As you serve on staff with YWAM Perth, over two years, you’ll learn from experienced missions leaders, looking at areas such as value-based leadership, discipling others, developing training, communication in leadership and more. Weekly classes, projects, personal study and immediate application fuel your leadership development. This is not just theory; this is real-world, and as part of this course, you’ll provide at least 12 weeks of formal leadership in a relevant role at YWAM Perth.
