Leadership and Community

The challenges we tackle in our Great Commission call require grit, perseverance, resilience, and faith. So it’s important that we tackle these challenges together, and that we are strengthened and encouraged as we do so.  

We lean into the wisdom of eldership, a commitment to relationship and freedom in the Spirit. We function with layers of leadership, headed up our Directors’ team, our ministry circles providing pastoral care, our management teams covering areas including finance, communication, community life and more.  

We also weave in strength with multiple points of connection in our missions community, such as formal and informal mentoring, resources for personal growth, pastoral care opportunities, and training in areas like mental health awareness and debriefing. Where needed, we encourage staff to access external professional support, such as counselling or mental health services.  

Our aim is to grow together as we step boldly into all that God is calling us to.
