The Lecture Phase

Equipping you with practical worldview tools to see individuals and cities transformed

Do you know why you believe what you believe? Follow the implications of ideas through to their practical applications and build understanding into your worldview.

Love God but be challenged to also think like Him. When we take the time to get the mind of Christ, seeking Him about the problems that are affecting the world today, He reveals His plan of redemption to us. A worldview is the foundational ideology of an individual, nation or society; the key to bringing positive change. The Transformation School gives you a context to explore these dynamics and a platform to make a difference.

This school teaches you to identify, assess and change ideas that shape worldviews, kicked off with 12 weeks of classroom-based learning.

What you'll experience during the lecture phase.

Discussions

Our ideas are not our identity. Once we have the chance to voice our ideas, we see what our ideas truly are. Through debate, group discussion, one-on-ones and research, our ideas and beliefs are challenged to become a stronger part of our foundation or are removed.

Challenge

Our ideas should reflect the character and methods of God. Learning how to identify our beliefs enables us to see where the truth lies. When we implement changes into our lives, we are able to see transformation personally and in the broader situations or cities we work with.

Wisdom Over Knowledge

Wisdom is the application of knowledge. It comes through experience and understanding. Wisdom is the difference between knowing God and knowing about God. "Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold" Proverbs 3:14

Outreach Phase

Seeing worldview in action. The world is our classroom.

This is applied worldview training. Not only do we study God’s view, but we get opportunities to put it into practice over 12 weeks of field-based outreach.

It is in this application that we see real, positive change in the world. Jesus gave his disciples authority. That means that we have been given authority to go into the world and preach the truth.

Now that we know truth and how to communicate it, this truth will transform people's lives.

Mission experiences during the outreach phase.

Teaching Seminars

Multiply the gifts and knowledge God has given you in the nations. TS outreaches have included running numerous courses and seminars at schools, universities, bookshops and to government bodies on biblical thinking and God's design for societies.

Transformational Projects

God's plans are holistic and personal and can bring positive change to nations as well as individuals. Be released to create your own transformational projects that address felt needs in communities. Utilise the gifts and strengths of our team to bring sustainable, biblical development through the most influential of building blocks - ideas.

Intercultural Evangelism

Discuss the purpose of life with a Buddhist or our origins with a Humanist. Be prepared with worldview tools from lecture phase to engage with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
