The Lecture Phase

Grow in your biblical understanding, get equipped with skills, and challenge your heart in worship

The School of Worship will train you to lead worship in a missions context, including how to use worship as a tool of contending intercession and evangelism. You will learn how to work in worship ministry, grow in your musical skills and use worship and intercession to change the spiritual atmosphere.

What you'll experience during the lecture phase.

Worship Outings

Every week we get out of the classroom to worship and pray for our city. These are great times of getting God's heart and seeing more of the city.

Worship Leading

You will begin to lead worship during lecture phase both within the classroom and out on the streets. You'll discover principles of leading people into God's presence as we form worship teams and help each other grow.

Psalm Studies

Psalms is the worship book of the Bible and throughout the lecture phase, you'll study all 150 Psalms. Using inductive study methods, you'll begin to highlight God's character, the biblical actions of praise and worship, and the emotions involved in these ageless songs.

Outreach Phase

Taking the light of worship to the dark places

You will get more opportunity to grow in worship leading, intercession, and pass on what you've learned to others.

Often we'll focus on spiritually hard places to use worship and prayer to see changes in the spiritual atmosphere.

Mission experiences during the outreach phase.

Worship & Intercession

Worship on location in places where God is not usually worshipped. We'll be putting into practice what we've learned about the power of worship and contending intercession to change the spiritual atmosphere.

Worship & Evangelism

Worship on the streets often leads into open-air proclamation and one-on-one evangelism. We'll be taking every opportunity to share about the One we worship with those that don't know Him yet.

Worship Seminars

Having received fantastic teaching, this is our chance to pass on what we've been learning about worship. This can be in churches, home groups or developing worship teams.
