Sharing Jesus is Never Wasted!

any time we share the gospel or share a personal testimony it is never a waste of time.
While I was on outreach in Nepal, I learned a valuable lesson: any time we share the gospel or share a personal testimony it is never a waste of time. God is always at work! One morning we walked around talking to Nepali people and distributing pamphlets with the gospel message in Nepalese in a village close to Kathmandu called Godawari. One house invited us in to sit down. We proceeded to share the gospel message with the family. Afterwards, the father explained that he respects us and our faith, but he is not going to change. His family had been Hindu for many generations, and he plans on sticking with the traditions he grew up with. I started thinking that maybe it was a waste of time to share the gospel because this man was so set in his ways. Even though the father did not agree with our beliefs he still asked us to stay for tea. As we drank tea, my friend and I talked to one of the father’s sons. This 16 year old boy was incredibly smart and seemed to have so much potential. We talked about development and economic issues, soccer, traveling, etc. After a while it was time to go. I got up, but my friend stayed back for a little bit longer. As he was getting up the boy whispered (so his father would not hear) to him: I think I want to follow Jesus!
