Learn and grow in your leadership as you lead. God is looking for those who are willing to follow the model of Jesus, with Godly character and servant leadership. On the two year MLS you’ll learn from experienced missions leaders, looking at areas such as value-based leadership, discipling others, developing training, communication in leadership and more. Weekly classes, projects, personal study and immediate application fuel your leadership development. As a requirement of this course you will need to provide leadership in a relevant role for at least 12 weeks.

Gain practical skills and a Biblical foundation for using hospitality in missions. True hospitality communicates value, inclusion and care, meaningfully demonstrating the love of God to individuals and communities. This two year course runs alongside ministry at YWAM Perth and includes classroom instruction, hands-on learning, projects and practical, creative components.

This is a project-based training for those who directly serve the primary leaders of a Youth With A Mission work. Applicants must be nominated by the Core Leadership team of YWAM Perth. The course has a two-fold focus: The skills and knowledge to lead change within the Mission, and the personal character development required to lead that change.
