We spend our first 12 weeks in our missions community in Perth, focusing on what it means to know Him and walk in His ways. We’ll hear from experienced missions leaders on topics such as hearing God’s voice, walking in forgiveness, missions, evangelism and spiritual authority. You’ll encounter God, not only in the classroom, but in small group discussions, as you serve, as you share the gospel and more. We include workshops focused on God’s heart for the poor and needy, as well as practical health care skills which we’ll use on outreach.  

The second half of DTS is going to the nations! We’ll use tools of health care, compassion and evangelism to serve and see the lost come to know Christ. Medical professionals will gain exposure to the needs and see how they can use their skills in missions. This is also a great chance for those without a medical background to gain tools to extend health care in simple, transformative ways. Whether it’s sharing Jesus with someone for the first time or seeing someone healed in a mobile clinic — God does incredible things as we respond to His call to GO! 

We’ll wrap up back in Perth by celebrating all God has done and preparing for what He has ahead. However God leads you, a DTS can set you up for a lifetime of involvement in God’s active care for the nations!
