BRONTE
FROM: Beaumont (its a small place...) Alberta, Canada
Want to laugh? Then Bronte is the person to be around! Bronte did the YP back in 2010, went home to drive a combine to harvest in the crops/cash and then came back to join us in Perth. She staffed the last YP and led a team to Nepal, France and far north Western Australia.
Bronte is from Alberta Canada and is one of those Canadian camp professionals. The great outdoors has taught her to be pretty capable at anything practical whether that is bus driving, tent setting up, backflipping off great heights.... But the camp culture has also stoked her on loving people and relationships! Bronte is passion for Jesus in a person! She loves God more than anything and actively pursues deep intimacy with Him as well as investing that into peoples lives around her.
We love being around Bronte so much we even eat gluten free brownies with her!

QUENTON

Local Perth boy for sure - as you can see I love the salt water. Just get me by the beach and I am alive!
I have been leading the YP for the last chunk of years and love it! I have had the incredible privilege of seeing God encounter hundreds of young people and see them go to the nations. Its so incredible to see the change and growth and new vision that happens over 6 huge months.
What else? Try and take as many photos along the way to document life. Road trips, camping, smoothie invention, grilling meat... all spent with great friends and that sums up my favourite things. Its incredible to think back over my life and just see the faithfulness of God, His commitment to me, the change, the opportunities He has given me.

ROMANO
FROM: Switzerland
Romano claims to be the least-Swiss guy you will ever meet! He loves being under the water with an oxygen tank on his back ... scuba diving is his third language for sure.
Romano did the YP this last YP but before that had been in Aus studying and travelling in his camper van! He loves adventure, playing a bit of guitar, laughing till he can't breathe (its happens quite often) and has an infamous role in a drama that you might be able to convince him to do.
Right now Romano is helping finish off building the new base - he's a carpenter back home. He is incredibly passionate about who God is, how He speaks and His life really reflects this in every way. Stoked to have him on board!

HANNAH
FROM: Bunbury, Australia (its 2 hours south, even less on the new highway)
Hannah is another YP veteran! This is her 3rd school to staff and brings so much experience to our staff team. She grew up just a few hours south of Perth and loves surfing, skateboarding, anything spontaneous, anything that involves adventure after most people go to sleep ...
Hannah went to South Africa and Mozambique on her own DTS and has since led teams to Mexico, Nepal, Germany and Aus. She is so clearly committed to truth and loves to invest into the lives of those around her. Hannah makes things happen, she's determined, courageous and loves a challenge!
When she isn't staffing DTS, Hannah has been dancing with our Island Breeze ministry and more recently she has been plastering and painting the new base!

TIRZA
FROM: J-City, Indonesia
Tirza’s first experience with YWAM Perth was as a translator for teams in ’08 when J-City was our mega city. Doing her YPDTS here in 2011, Tirza went to China, North West Australia and Iceland where she saw snow for the first time! Then spent five months at home working with little ones at a daycare. She is now back in Perth and serving in our hospitality ministry.
Tirza loves to see the impossible happen and loves to trust along side others to see things changed. During her own school she saw God move in incredible ways and she is ready to see God move in even greater ways this year. Tirza is highly committed to drawing, sushi and people, and seeing those people fall in love with Jesus. You can count on her for a powerful prayer and to make you smile.

RACHEL
FROM: Carlisle, England, UK
Rachel first joined us for YPDTS here in January of 2011. Going to Indonesia and North West Australia on outreach she had an epic time and felt God calling her back to YWAM Perth. She has joined staff ready to take teams back to England!! Lately she has been working in registrar, and you’ve probably heard from her once or twice already.
Being a lovely English girl, Rachel enjoys tea, chocolate and a good outfit. Servant hearted, generous, and friendly, she's also very inclusive. She loves God, is a pursuer of Him, and is committed to others knowing Him more too. Rachel loves to smile whenever she can find an opportunity!
Will answer to: Ra-fish, Ra, Rach, Rachey, Patto, R-Patz, Rachel Pat, Pat-skies, Rach-a-rific... She’s just ready to meet you!

ASHLEE
FROM: Lodi, California, U.S.A.
After doing YP ‘11, which sent her to China, Iceland and North West Australia, Ashlee spent five months at home with her family. She is now working with our youth ministry, Nexwave. Ashlee is great at making life fun… her creativity is key! Always up to bake cupcakes, finding the most hipster new store, a cuppa at the coolest coffee shop or a good convo about Jesus making life happen.
Constantly finding the silver lining and not settling for ordinary, Ashlee loves to see people meet with God in new ways. Ashlee is passionate, loving, loyal, and patient. Always ready to love God more with her life, she's stoked for the YP to begin!
