QUIET ON THE WEBSITE = HECTIC IN THE NATIONS

YP done with Asia and converging on London!!

Our first part of outreach is done!! And the fact that I haven't updated this page is more to do with the 3 hour wait it took me to try and log onto internet when I tried rather than the fact that there isn't anything to report!!!

We have had teams out in Cambodia, Nepal, Bangladesh and the Philippines and all reports (well, more accurately all Facebook photo albums) tell the story of lots of adventures following God into the nations.

Rach and I have been leading a team in 'the Desh' as has Ashlee. Our team was in the city, out in the villages, taking boat rides to preach at small faithful congregations, sharing at universities, praying at hospitals, doing dramas at orphanages.... loving life! The hospital was a highlight actually as one of the women who God healed as we prayed for her ended up in tears sharing how her own sons neglected and abandoned her but she now had an Aussie and Canadian son (Mat and Ryl's)who had shown her kindness and compassion... after God physically heals someone they are often moved in their spirit and open to hearing the gospel! People of other religions were coming asking for prayer from the guys... A personal highlight for me is always to see DTS students step up and take initiative - teaching for the first time, learning from that and getting back up there and giving it more ... God speaking powerfully through them. Throw in all the usual adventures including hiking through mud up to our knees, getting slapped by angry monkeys, cruising on rickshaws holding onto each other, seeing incredible lightning storms sweep the nation, sweating off all the rice....... its been great!

Now all our YP teams meet up in London for our MegaCities vision which focus ons this city for 2012. We redistribute into new teams working with churches and youth groups to train, equip and mobilise them in reaching their city..... Its going to be great!

We are just about to get on the A380 to cruise up to London!
