ABOUT

The TESOL seminar trains people to teach English and gives a Certificate IV qualification in TESOL. Graduates are well-equipped as English teachers to work professionally here in Australia or overseas; to meet the huge demand for the English language.

The Certificate IV in TESOL course offered by YWAM can equip you to teach English in 6 weeks. It is an intensive seminar equipping missionaries to teach English.

6-week TESOL Internship programs are also available for TESOL Seminar graduates who have also completed a Discipleship Training School with Youth With A Mission. (Enquire specifically about this in your application)

Graduates from the TESOL seminar are invited to join staff with YWAM Perth to work with our English for Missions program; to participate in English Teaching ministry in the Perth city area; to join staff of the TESOL seminar; or to join / pioneer a church-planting team, teaching English overseas.
