VISION

To know God and make Him known is the core value of our DTS. Be ruined for the ordinary! This is the gateway course to the international family of YWAM, come join us. Be challenged in your relationship with God, find your purpose in the Great Commission, and embark with us on the adventure!

ABOUT

The Surfers DTS in YWAM Perth is a unique school. Because God has called us to use it as a tool to disciple and mobilize surfers to go to the mission field, this is one of the few schools in all of YWAM that is exclusively for surfers. That enables us to work within the boundaries of DTS to maximize its ability to equip surfers to go to those who have never heard the Gospel.

The school involves a three month lecture phase and a three month outreach phase. The lecture phase involves a combination of teaching, application, worship, general life on base and time out in the water. Its all about knowing God, applying truth to our lives and being transformed.... We head out to the beach a couple times a week to surf and be actively involved in evangelism. Then its outreach.. again a combination of evangelism, discipleship, practical service, pioneering, church planting and ministry...

The heart of the school is to train, equip and mobilize surfers to make an impact in the nations. And there is no better feeling when you do what you love and your serving the Lord and growing with Him. We have a place here for you and you can expect to meet with God during your Surfers DTS so come join us.
