PREPARING THE WAY

Outreach it is less than a month away.

It is week nine of the Lecture phase of the School of Worship (SOW). Over the past few weeks, we have seen God move in many ways through both our lecture times and worship times. Through last week’s speaker Waqa Baravilala from Isaland Breeze Brisbane, he has been speaking to us about how important our family history is and how he planned for us to be in the family and heritage that he has placed us in. God has also been speaking throughout the school about how he adopts us into his family and with that comes the blessings that he has always wanted us to have.

Over the weekend, we went to a town called Mukinbudin. On Saturday we had an awesome time of hanging out at a sheep farm and on Sunday we had a Worship Workshop with Mukinbudin Church of Christ. God Spoke through Chris and many of our students.

This week’s topic is the Leadership of the Holy Spirit and already God has been speaking through our speaker, Shirley Brownhill. We have seen God challenge us and we have seen breakthrough in people’s lives and also through our finances.

The next week’s we’ll be looking at the Prophetic Role of Worship, Worship and Reaching the Nations, and Worship and Intercession before heading out onto outreach! We are looking forward to outreach in London during the Olympics and back through South East Asia for the rest of the time!
