SNAPSHOT OF THE LAST SIX MONTHS

Snapshots of moments from the school.

What a time its been! The school is over, the students have graduated and are continuing on to the next things God has called them to do. One overwhelming theme of this school has been that God loves to see us grow and He is intimately involved in it.

The students started the school not really knowing what it meant to get up in front of people and perform. How do you put a set-list together? How do you find a place to perform? How do you interact with the crowd? How do you get people to enjoy the music you're playing? And most importantly, how does playing music give God a chance to impact people's lives? Now, at the end of the school, each student has the tools to be able to take their own music to people/places in their own areas and put on good quality concerts.
We took this knowledge and applied it on outreach, too, by going into pubs and playing for the people there. God moved, we met amazing people, got to share our lives with them, and all this giving us an opportunity to show them how God has changed our lives.

The funny thing is that even as we're telling people of what God has done in our lives, He even takes those moments to continue to do things in our lives. That is the joy of serving the Living God. He doesn't rest, He doesn't forget, He doesn't give bad advice, and He is always full of love.

As we gave ourselves to Him, He gave Himself back to us in so many ways. We will forever be changed; we will forever remember what God has done in us and how He has used us to change London. School of Music in Missions (SOMM) 2012, I couldn't start to re-tell the memories we've had... if I started I wouldn't be able to stop.
