FROM: Texas via Peru
Originally from Texas, USA, Sarah grew up between the Andes and the Amazon in Peru, South America. She has one of the biggest families you can imagine (8 biological siblings and 36 Peruvians!) and absolutely loves lots of people. She also enjoys creating things: food, clothes, art, and random silly songs about Health Care!
Sarah serves Simple Health Care in the office, and is our resident illustrator! Passionate about training and health care, Sarah also works with Mother and Child Health.

FROM: British Columbia, Canada
Melisa loves the nations and is passionate about using health care and health education to see the poor and the neglected empowered, healed, and raised out of poverty by the love of Jesus. Her heart for the people and nations of East Africa has grown over the past few years as she has done this. She desires to be used to bring beauty and hope out of places of ashes. Midwifery and seeing woman valued is a part of her heartbeat in missions, though her focus right now is on seeing others trained in health education. She loves a good chat with someone over a cuppa, being outdoors, and creating new things...painting, music...!
