It's a little bit hard to think that the SFM 2006 is over. We've sent everyone home but half of them bounced right back to join Create International full-time. We can look back on the six months of the school with a lot of fondness and remember so many things that God has done. The lecture phase was an intense time of media and cultural training. We also saw God provide all the finances for the school and the Media Safari outreach. This was nothing short of a miracle. We were brought together with a tremendous amount of unity and saw real transformation in our personal lives.
The Media Safari was unlike any other that has happened in the past. Our original plans had to be altered significantly but that just showed how God was in control. Some doors closed but new and amazing ones opened. The SFM split into two teams and that was the key to some cool multiplication. We were able to produce more than ever before, including stepping into the new and exciting field of music videos. Out of this outreach five different projects will be produced that will have a significant impact on the Arab world. In addition to the music video there were also two mobilization videos, a church planting training video, and an evangelistic piece. Now that’s an awesome school!
