Why Strategy Coordinators?

Because they are able to OVERCOME typical BARRIERS to EVANGELISING unreached people groups such as:

* Spiritual struggle: Most unreached people groups reside in the 10/40 window, where all major world religions were founded.

* Visa restrictions: Many countries are closed to traditional missionaries

* Ignorance: Because there is no church among these people groups, there is no one to advocate on their behalf. As a result, most of these groups are unknown to Christians around the world.

Because they help direct EVANGELISM RESOURCES to WHERE they are MOST NEEDED.

All too often, Christian workers get sidetracked and work among groups that are easier to reach or where other agencies are already working.

* Thousands of people groups have no gospel witness at all--no Scripture, no Christian disciples, no missions, and no churches--while other peoples, like many in the West, have an over-abundance of these things.

* Did you know that less than 1.2% of all foreign missions money goes to these least evangelized peoples, whereas 87.2% goes to the countries that have the largest percentage of Christians and churches?

Because they are able to develop a COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGY FOR EVANGLISING a particular people group. Recognizing that people are made up of body, mind and spirit, they develop a holistic approach geared towards the transformation of individuals and their societies through initiating ministries focused on meeting peoples’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

And because they are CATALYSTS that can help SPEED UP the TRANSFORMATION process among an unreached people. Because they are able to work SIMULTANESOUSLY on MULTIPLE EVANGELISM STRATEGIES designed to reach every level of a society. They are able mobilize a thousand people to do the work, rather than to do the work of one thousand people themselves.
