Camps Ministry

S.O.S. "Summer Of Service": It`s a next generation Training Camp for youth between 12 - 18 years of age. In the training week you learn about God`s Character and His heart for missions. Then we go on exciting outreach trips such as Thailand, Bali, South Africa, Perth, Up North, New Zealand, Philippines, Vanuatu...where you can apply what you have learned.

"Wintercamp": A camp for youth between the ages of 12-18 years that is always a life changing adventure. It is a chance to go deeper with God, "spiritual intensity", and have a blast doing crazy activities! In the past we have seen army paintball games, fear factor competitions, whip cream wars and much more!




Stone for Goliath


Stone for Goliath is a group of evangelists and musicians who see the potential for young people to live in the destiny that is found in God. We will lead young people into a growing relationship with God using tools such as music, friendship and prayer in order to see a youth culture of hope and purpose emerge. Stone for Goliath writes and performs their own music, organizes all-ages events for young musicians and desires to influence the influential through their music and their relationships with bands and musicians.



Youth Street

Launched July 1st, 2006, Youth Street is a dynamic and exciting new program designed to reach out to young people in a culturally relevant way in today's society. Meeting every Saturday afternoon at our cafe Kaio, it involves four streams: music, skate, sport and dance. Youth Street creates an environment for youth to stretch their skills and develop new ones, meet new crew from all around the city and have an absolute blast! Kaio

Kaio officially opened it's doors April 2005 and is our youth cafe ministry located in downtown Perth. Kaio incorporates local designers for a retail section, artwork of local artists, band gigs and all ages events, great tasting food and drink, and awesome programs. Its welcoming and chill atmosphere is perfect for crew to hang out in. Kaio is continually developing and seeing new initiatives and ideas started; come be a part of the adventure! www.kaio.com.au



The High Schools Team


This is a program run by Nexwave focused on seeing young people come to know God and know their potential and value in Him. We would like to see a full time high schools team start in June of 2007, as this is currently a part time team. This team targets all high schools within the city of Perth and its surrounding districts, usually spending up to one week at a school. During this time we teach on a variety of relevant issues by conducting in-class seminars. Our main seminar topics are Personal Identity, Bullying, Relationships, and Personal Abuse. We have also seen opportunities to preach gospel messages and run lunch time programs where we hang out with crew and do various activities, partnering with other Nexwave streams such as Stone for Goliath and Youth Street.



Youth Led Cells


Youth Led Cells is a vision of training youth to lead youth and providing strategies to see their non Christian friends reached. Simply put it is a church planting vision for young people. Starting with discipling the group of Christian young people we already have, and then reaching out to their circle of influence, seeing salvation, discipleship, leadership training and multiplication.
