RENOVATIONS AND REVAMPS

YWAM Perth scheduled for a design facelift.

The YWAM Perth Media office has been full of energy and adrenaline as of late. You can regularly find the ministry sipping copious amounts of coffee, skittering around campus with video equipment, and diligently typing away on their computers. After an influx of new staff – including photographers, website designers, videographers, and writers – the Media team has set off on the extensive and difficult task of renovating all of YWAM Perth’s communications. Without a doubt, our hands will be full for the next year.

The push for change came from realising our need to be more cutting-edge, relevant, and effective in our communication. With the introduction of Youth With A Mission’s new value of Integrity in Communication, we decided it was time to step up our’s. Thus, the shift in work began.

The communication remodelling started with the re-launch of the Facebook page and the re-introduction of the YWAM Perth News updates. But these aren’t the only areas undergoing a facelift. Our talented graphic designers are hard at work constructing a new logo and style theme to be used on our website and print products. And to top the enterprise off, our website writers are in the process of assessing the website, ready to tear down and rebuild.

While the whole effort may seem daunting at times, we’re thrilled for the work which lies ahead. We recognise Christ is to be the centre of all of our projects, and we're honoured to co-create with God in the initiative.
