ISLAND BREEZE OUTREACH REPORT

Three weeks, six cities, amazing impact.

Island Breeze hit South East Asia! We went on outreach in February to the Philippines and spent three weeks in six cities around Davao. We did ministry with Youth With A Mission’s Impact World Tour (IWT) and joined two other performing teams, Team Xtreme and GX International. As a performing arts ministry, Island Breeze shared the gospel through cultural dance and music. In addition to performances, we also used every opportunity to share our testimonies and what God has done in our lives.

During weekdays we went to schools (from primary schools to colleges) prisons, and elderly homes. On weekends there were large events where we got to perform in stadiums or outdoor venues as well. It was amazing how God worked powerfully to touch people’s hearts. During the team's time in the Philippines, Island Breeze and IWT saw over 5,000 people give their lives to Jesus! Many recommitted their lives to Him, received prayer or were miraculously healed. The team was reminded how much God loves His people and how He wants nothing but the best for us. We had an amazing time in the Philippines and really loved the friendly, hospitable people.

After our time in the Philippines, Island Breeze flew to Manado city, Indonesia and did ministry for two weeks. We connected and shared with local churches and introduced Impact World Tour. One day we had an opportunity to do ministry in a men’s prison. The team shared how true freedom comes from Jesus Christ, freedom from condemnation, guilty, bitterness and hatred. Over 80 people responded to the message that the team delivered that day.

Island Breeze was truly blessed by how God entrusted them to do His work. As we ministered to others, we also got new understanding of who He.
