A testimony from our outreach to Cambodia.

In Phnom Penh, Hanne & I were out prayer walking in the neighborhood where we were staying and we walked past this one house that we felt God really tell us to pray over. We prayed over this house and the people that lived in it and felt that we were to continue to pray that God would open up a door to go in and talk to the girls we saw there.

Another time we went back and were able to go in and talk with one of the girls. We found out that she lived there with her Mother and brothers. Her father had left when she was one year old. The other girls worked in the house doing massage and a number of clients, mostly men, came in and out frequently.

We were able to talk with her and encourage her to pursue the dreams she had for her life. We were able to give her a Khmer Bible and share with her about Jesus. She had never heard of God before or seen a Bible. Her family were strong Buddhist believers. It was an awesome privilege to be able to share with someone who had never heard about Jesus before.
