Daniel - Tutitlan Our translator Armando, went on evangelism and shared his testimony for the first time a month ago, is on the go for Jesus. So after that time, nothing could stop him from sharing his faith and his testimony with people. Last week he asked us to come to his house to see what God has been doing through him ever since. We went to his house and in his small living room were 30 young people. Armando has led every single one of them to the Lord and now they all come once a week to his house to be discipled, some bring their friends who are not yet Christians. Armando said that ever since I taught him how to share his testimony, he has been used by God in amazing ways. He said, "I felt like before, I was asleep and now I am awake."
Hayley - Neza (from Corporate) We were doing an open air at a square in Neza, I noticed a man sitting and watching with his 2 daughters (aged 7&8). We asked him if he knew about Jesus - He said a little bit but he wanted to know more. We shared personal testimonies and the Gospel. The Holy Spirit came and was moving among us. He shared with us about his life, he is an alcoholic and when he drinks, he hallucinates and has visions of demons. He knows it's wrong but feels trapped in it. His body feels good but his spirit feels dead. He has a lot of guilt because his wife has turned to narcotics and he blames it on his drinking. He told us that he thinks about taking his life everyday because he feels trapped in his sin. That morning, I had felt to read Romans in the train on the way to the corporate. I feel like God lead me to read it for this man, so we were able to encourage him by sharing from the book of Romans. He also shared about how he knows God is alive because he meets with him in his dreams. God protects him and pulls him out of his sin and addicitons in his dreams. He knew that God sent us to him for a reason and we prayed with him and his two girls to accept Jesus. As he asked for forgivenss, God broke him over his sin and he began to weep and his children felt the presence of God and began to weep as well. We knew that God was there and we could all feel and see the Holy Spirit doing the work. After we prayed his face had changed - there was hope!!! I praise God for using us and demonstrating his faithfulness.
Gabriel (local) - Neza I had the opportunity to give a message during the evangelism at the meeting of Megacities. When i was preaching, I felt that there was a person in the audience that wanted to commit suicide. So I began to talk to that person, telling them that there is another way. I talked about the love of God. When I finished, a man approached me and said that he was the one who was thinking about killing himself. He has no family, no siblings, no parents, no job, and now nowhere to live... on top of that he just found out he has cancer. He was very sad. I shared with him about Jesus and the Gospel and he got saved. He went away much happier and I believe that God will heal his cancer. Amen.
God is so incredibly faithful to the Mexican people; now is the time for Mexico! All the Glory to God!
