What Asia impact is about?

Asia Impact is fantastic!

The last couple of fridays I went on home visits with Wannapa and Norong.
It was exciting because I never knew what to expect each day - except for us to have a lot of fun, food and connecting time with people.  And for God to turn up, of course.
I experienced Asia Impact to be all about people. Valuing them, meeting them where they are at, offering friendship. Every family we visited was from a different country, different background and even different faith. I enjoyed just getting to know each individual one and hear their stories and their heart. Wannapa and Norong are doing a fantastic job in trying to respond to the individual needs of the families. I found that the offer of friendship is one of the most significant gifts they are giving to them and it very much reminds me of Jesus.
I had the priviledge to share God's word with the families, share words He gave me for them specifically, pray with them and also have fun, interesting conversations about our home countries etc.
I am looking forward to a delicious BBQ with one of the families sometime soon - and continue with that friendship.
