Meeting Jesus in the park
Imagine you go on vacation... you take a week to relax and one day you are in a park ...a sweet stranger comes and sits with you and your baby to talk... socialize... and as the conversation goes on questions come up about the most important issues in your life... the most important question of your heart.... could the God of the universe love me? and you find out by things He said in His word and this stranger's personal encounters with God the answer is clearly yes. Do you remember what that day was like? Do you remember what it felt like to meet with the God of the universe... to know that your creator loves you... well that happened today for my aboriginal friend in the park today visiting from geraldton... she committed her life to Jesus this afternoon and the question of her heart was answered. She now has a Bible.. which she was really excited about. This will be the first time she's read the new testament. God is amazing.
