WORKING OUT CREATIVITY

The joy of creativity at the Art Refuge Workshop
On Saturday, 24th May, 24 people arrived for a day of creativity at the Art Refuge Workshop.
It was a time to realise that the creativity is there to enjoy and allow to flow.
We looked at our names and what they say about us and God; created paper cutouts simply for the joy of their beauty and simplicity; decorated the outlines of our hands, and created with tissue paper and acrylic gloss medium.
Some of it was challenging, as God touched and brought things to light, and much of it was simply the fun of finding that it is indeed not so scarey and a delight to create - just for.
For those of you, who were unable to come to this one, watch this space for the next.
The extra fun part of our workshops, is that you get to take home most of the materials that you learn to work with!!
