Art can be used to lift a person's spirit, encourage, and bring God's healing and wholeness. Art Refuge is a place where God will use art not only to speak to individuals, but also to bring healing and impact communities. Our bottom line is evangelism and discipleship. Creativity can lift a person’s spirit, bring encouragement, and enable them to speak more freely; it gives freedom to express emotions held in; it is non-threatening and healing.

We have a vision to show Jesus’ heart to the community and beyond, and see transformation, through an Art Studio.

A place to enable the public to learn, grow in, and produce their own art; where the community can come, be creative, and be valued and nurtured. Through the way in which we teach art, listen to people, value people, and produce art to speak of God’s love, grace and forgiveness, we hope to not only touch and change individuals for God, but bring healing to whole communities.
