EMMA BLAKE

Emma Blake is our courageous, awe-inspiring leader. She is the ultimate multi-tasking lady with the incredible capacity to take on marriage, raise two little boys, lead a school, triumph on the basketball court, and amidst the craziness still make time to give a listening, understanding ear whenever needed. She was involved in pioneering the AES in 2003, staffed the next one, and led the past two schools. She is passionate about seeing people released into God’s calling on their lives in using their artsy-ness for him, and has big dreams for the AES to explode into other nations of the world. Emma has great hair, loves a good comic, and has an irrational fear of birds.

HEIDI FUELLING
FROM: Queensland, Australia
Heids originally hailed from the sunny coast of Far Northern Queensland, but then migrated south - then West – before ending up in Perth! The call to come into the AES family came in 2005 after she completed a Creative Arts DTS with YWAM Oakridge in the North Island of New Zealand. Heids came back for more and in 2006 joined YWAM Perth to serve the bigger family here and staff the next 3 AES schools.
There are many things that she loves – acrylic paint, large spaces for an easel, Japanese prints, passionfruit, mangoes, chai lattes, Lady Grey tea and Emma’s scones! Heids loves hearing peoples stories, then seeing their stories come alive! She has a passion to see creative people released into their calling – whatever it may be! After a break from the school last year to pioneer a ministry, she is back on board for 2010!

ALEXANDRA ADEVAI

Alex completed the AES in 2008 and is now a veteran AES staff. She hails from the fabulous state of New Jersey and is the oldest child in her family of 8. Alex is a great conversationalist, good at loving people, and having a great time well seeking God in all she does. She will laugh for hours for no substantial reason and has a joy and exuberance about her that breathes life and encouragement to anyone who crosses her path. With a massive servant-heart, compassion for the hurting, and a genuine desire to be led by God and allow Him to move in and through her, no matter the cost. Alex is a gangstar you don't want to get in her way when she is on a mission for Jesus.

LYNNEA BETTGER

Lynnea is our beautiful new addition to the AES family! She grew up on a farm in California, and is now claiming the fantastic state of NEW York where her family resides! Lynnea is a fun-lovin' gal with a great sense of humor, and knows how to make anyone feel right at home. You will know as soon as you taste her chai latte, and hear her singing/guitar skills that this lady is top-notch! With a love for drawing,painting,photography, and the art of hospitality, this chick is definitely an invaluable part of our community!
